Admiral Pioneer is a new business within Admiral Group with the objective of seeding, launching, and scaling new businesses that will become one of the growth engines for Admiral in the future.

About the Role

We are looking to bring the Veygo story to life, with rich and engaging content on our ‘Magazine’ within the Veygo website. We are also looking to immerse Veygo within the social media culture of our current and potential customers. 

This is an exciting role with a varied scope and creative freedom within a clear strategy provided by the Head of Marketing and Brand & Content Manager. The world of digital content, especially social media, is a fast-paced environment so expect to be challenged daily. The role will require someone with a problem-solving attitude, creative mindset, and the ability to plan and support content creation from end-to-end, which may involve working with numerous stakeholders.   

Main Responsibilities

Support our Brand and Content Manager with: 

• Creative copywriting 
• Creating rich media content (imagery / animation / video) 
• Content planning  
• Platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube & TikTok 

In addition, you will manage:

• Social media administration and scheduling  
• The internal process with stakeholders (e.g. sign-off and design)
• Delivery of social insight and intelligence 
• Magazine article optimisation and webpage updates and reporting  

About You

|Knowledge and Abilities

Must have:

• Strong creativity and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational approach 
• Understanding of:
  • SEO 
  • Brand identity and tone of voice 
  • Adobe Creative and Microsoft Office Suite  
  • Social scheduling software (i.e. Hootsuite) and Google Analytics 
  • WordPress 

Desirable:

• Photography skills
• Skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) 

|Experience

Must have:

• Previous social media or content optimisation experience (1-2 years) 
• Copywriting experience
• Experience working on social media platforms 

Desirable:

• Experience working within financial services 
• Previous social paid campaign experience 

Salary, Benefits and Work-Life Balance
