"The Insight team provide market-leading services that enable insurers to deliver the right products, to the right customers, at the right time, and for the right price.
Capitalising on the successes attained in the car, home and van insurance markets, we are in a position to be hiring an assistant to support the team in timely communications, partner engagement, subscription activation and product delivery.
You will support the product, analytical, relationship and sales areas of the team in achieving their goals. You will assist with the partner contact strategy, ensuring we provide our existing subscribers with sufficient support, and making sure that communications and contact details are kept up to date and that invoices are paid on time. You will work alongside marketing to deliver appropriate campaigns. Additionally, you will support our product area with provision of our products and services.
Reporting to the Profit and Loss Owner, your role will offer great diversity, and provide fantastic challenges.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have a flexible nature and be delivery focused. This is an entry level role and for the right candidate, there are fantastic progression opportunities available.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the contact strategy (to include, but not limited to, arranging calls, webinars, written communications, and face-to-face meetings)
- Prepare meeting packs
- Manage our contact list
- Support subscriptions and product delivery
- Organise external and internal meetings and events
- Collate feedback to improve offerings
- Support contract and commercial negotiations
- Potential to attend face-to-face meetings
