We are looking for an experienced Platform Coordinator who can manage and ensure capability and compatibility of all new and existing performance, learning and knowledge sharing platforms, tools, integrations and mobile environments.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Establish system requirements per EU entity, considering consistency with the UK setup.
- Working collaboratively with UK digital platform manager to ensure all responsibilities, enhancements and change are consistently implemented across Admiral as a whole.
- Create and mentor a pool of international sub-admins to develop technical system skills and knowledge in order to aid change.
- Build relationships with international stakeholders as well as strongly collaborating with the Group Talent team.
- All aspects of UI/UX for the LMS.
- Research and analyse market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
- Accessibility needs are met.
- Annual Cert renewal for LMS.
- Planning, backlog management, prioritisation, assignments and completions of workflow requests and tasks.
- Manage and build strong day to day relationships with external tech providers to ensure that we are getting the most out of the respective technologies.
- Manage associated data systems including user data and platform engagement data across all platforms.
- Use data sets including engagement, demographic, and impact data to understand user behaviour and platform impact.
- Audit data feeds and raise issues with internal system teams.
- Set up and maintain audits to ensure the platform is maintained to service standards.
- Trouble shooting.
- Working with internal departments to ensure company changes have minimal impact to system performance.
Knowledge, core capabilities and experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience of the LMS cornerstone & Performance system (ILearn).
- Work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Management (Agile).
- Excel and reporting.
- Capability to extract and analyse data.
- Problem solving.
- Mapping processes and following through from start to end.
- Support and work with PM’s.
- Communication skills.

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance
We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
