As an MBA Talent Partner, you’ll have an integral role in delivering on our recruitment strategy by working closely with Head of Group Strategy and Head of International Pricing as well as some of the world’s leading business schools, to attract, engage with, and recruit the best candidates for our MBA Future Leader Programmes.

Our MBA programmes look to attract and develop exceptional talent into the group to grow into senior leadership to support the development and implementation of our strategic pillars. Started by our founders, our MBA programmes have a long track-record of bringing top-talent into Admiral that have grown into significant roles of impact in our business such as our Group CEO Milena Mondini, and we are looking for a Talent professional that is eager to help ensure this legacy keeps growing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support and co-ordinate the recruitment cycles of our MBA Future Leader Programmes
  • Identifying, screening and interviewing candidates, to build a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Manage the end to end process of the candidates, ensuring a best-in-class experience from first interview to onboarding.
  • Continuously strengthen our relationships with our key partner schools in Europe by facilitating & attending on campus events, as well as providing regular updates.
  • Communicating with the business leaders, sharing progress, blockers and advising on strategies to get the best recruitment results.
  • Develop and test alternative recruitment channels and approaches that could help to bring better outcomes.
  • Onboarding of candidates, including relocation support & creating induction programmes.
  • Supporting the Senior Talent Partner to continuously improve business processes.

Essential skills & experience:

  • Experience working within the MBA recruitment market
  • Experience of working with, or advising senior leaders, with the ability to influence.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills with a consistent drive to simplify not overcomplicate tasks.
  • Understanding of, and the ability to articulate the wider group strategy to a senior audience.
  • Hands-on approach and not afraid to test and learn different strategies.
  • Proven experience of delivering results that meet recruitment needs and advising department leaders or senior managers.
  • Ability to influence and persuade but with the ability to leave your ego at the door, embracing Admiral’s flat and open structure

Desirable skills & experience:

  • Proficiency in French, Spanish or Italian are a bonus but not essential

Location:

You will be expected to travel to our Cardiff office 1 day a week, usually on a Wednesday. This role will also require occasional travel to our business school partners in Europe
