Internal Audit
Our Internal Audit team is all about making sure everything’s running as it should, with strong controls in place and smart decisions being made across the business. They take an independent look at how we’re managing risk in all its forms and help us spot anything that might need tightening up.

Risk
Our Risk team plays a vital role in helping Admiral stay smart, safe and one step ahead. They work closely with teams across the business to spot risks early, understand what could go wrong (and why) and make sure we’re ready to handle it all, while keeping our customers and our people in mind.
From reviewing controls and analysing trends to improving processes and sharing clear recommendations, the team helps turn potential problems into practical solutions. They also play a key part in supporting our Operational Risk Framework and keeping us aligned with the latest industry best practices.

Compliance
Our Compliance team plays a key role in making sure we do things the right way for our customers, our people and our regulators - The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA.)
They help us manage compliance risk and stay up to date with the latest rules, while also supporting the business in delivering great outcomes.
From running our annual compliance monitoring plan to staying on top of regulatory changes, the team works closely with colleagues across the business to keep our processes compliant, clear and current. The team offers practical advice - guiding decisions and leading change to help us improve how we work.

Data Protection
Our Data Protection team is here to make sure we’re handling personal data responsibly, safely and in line with the law.
They bring expert knowledge of privacy legislation and turn it into practical support, from managing Subject Access Requests (SARs) and keeping our records in check, to running Privacy Impact Assessments when needed. They also play a big part in strengthening our risk management by reviewing and improving processes that help protect the data we’re trusted with.

Sustainability
Our Sustainability team is all about making a positive impact for our planet, our people and our communities. Customer and Conduct
Our Customer and Conduct department supports the evolution of the way we engage with our customers and ensure we continue to maintain and improve their confidence in the way we do business. They’re also responsible for understanding our regulators and working closely with our Risk and Compliance teams.
