For International Women’s Day and Endometriosis Awareness Month, we’re here to spotlight our health and wellbeing champions – Admiral’s Women’s Health Community!

Our Women's Health Community is a colleague-supported space designed to provide peer to peer interactions, shared learning, and open conversations around women's health at every life stage.

The community is made up of colleagues all across the business. And it’s not exclusively for women, every ally is welcome!

Members bring not only their lived experiences, but a commitment to championing women’s health, and strengthening the voices of our colleagues to foster meaningful connections across Admiral.

From advice on managing painful periods at work, to flexible working support, and signposting helpful resources and policies for colleagues, the Women’s Health Community is a trusted space for colleagues to share, learn, and feel heard.

Importantly, the community doesn't sit in isolation; it’s an important part of our wider health and wellbeing strategy. Listening to colleagues' lived experiences helps us shape practical and meaningful support, ensuring our policies and approaches continue to evolve in line with what our people need.

Admiral is a proud Endometriosis Friendly Employer

As part of this commitment, Admiral is a proud Endometriosis Friendly Employer, reinforcing our determination to create a workplace that understands and supports those living with endometriosis and other chronic health conditions.

We always remain committed to reviewing policy, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring our support frameworks are responsive, inclusive and grounded in real colleague experiences. By combining community, clinical expertise, and practical workplace adjustments, we aim to create an organisation where everyone can thrive.

Join our growing team today, and be part of a place Where You Can Be You.
