When customers make a claim, our Claims team in Peterborough is here to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. From handling simple prescription costs to supporting customers through complex surgeries that run into thousands, we’re with them every step of the way.

We take the hassle out of claims by working directly with vets and offering services like pre-authorisation, so customers can have peace of mind before facing any bills. With the option to register a claim 24/7 online, we make sure our customers and their pets feel supported whenever they need us.

Our Operations team is the first point of contact for many of our customers making sure every experience, from setting up a policy to processing a renewal, is simple, clear and positive.

We’re here to answer questions, offer support and guide customers through every stage of their policy, making sure they feel valued and understood and helping them protect their pets with confidence.

Our Product team is at the heart of designing and developing insurance products that truly meet the needs of our customers. They listen, innovate and build products that are relevant, competitive and make a real difference in people’s lives.

From the first idea to the final launch, the focus is always on offering genuine value and ensuring our pet insurance products help customers look after their companions with confidence and care.

Our Pricing team helps strike the perfect balance of making sure our products stay affordable for customers while keeping the business financially strong. By keeping a close eye on market trends and customer needs, they set fair, competitive prices that work for everyone.

Our pet insurance pricing team keeps our pet insurance accessible, sustainable and trusted by customers.

Our Underwriting & Risk team helps us offer great products at fair prices, while making sure the business stays protected from unnecessary risk. Their expertise ensures we remain a reliable, trustworthy option for our customers.

It’s a team that blends attention to detail, strategic thinking and a deep understanding of both customer needs and business responsibility.
