This is a newly created position within the Growth team and an exciting time to be joining our scale up business. The growth team is responsible for identifying and executing growth opportunities through data and experimentation, to drive demand, conversions and retention. This role will report into the Head of Brand & Strategy.

We are seeking a highly creative and ambitious digital designer ideally with proven experience working with brands from tech categories. You will have an excellent design eye and be able to plan, create and execute content all with the goal of optimising the user experience. This is an ideal role for someone with broad skills, as able to execute film as you are web journeys to drive optimal conversion.

What the Role Involves

  • Conduct research to understand the target audience and wider competitive landscape.
  • Implement brand consistency across all design deliverables, championing a consistent brand identity across the business, platforms and experiences.
  • Conceptualise, develop and execute innovative designs for a broad range of marketing materials from marketing and advertising assets; to web pages and conversion funnels.
  • Support multiple teams around the business with creative requirements, by creating content for colleagues / teams according to the provided brief.
  • Own the creative process, taking briefs from concept to completion.
  • Play a key role cross functionally, collaborating across marketing and product to ensure consistency and quality of design.

Who You Are 

  • Proven experience in content design.
  •  A customer champion with excellent design and art directional capabilities.
  • An exceptional ability to think and conceptualise and a strong attention to craft and deliver the very highest quality work.
  • You are an expert and have hands-on knowledge of how to effectively implement design systems alongside brand and asset toolkits.
  • Ability to make the complex, understandable and the bland, impactful.
  • Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in graphic design, (some creative writing skill would be a bonus) across multiple platforms (web, mobile, app, social)
  •  A growth mindset, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of market & design trends and innovative tools
  • Possess the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies to cross-functional teams and external partners. To organize, clarify and communicate complex ideas quickly, succinctly and accurately.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in figma, Adobe Creative Suite, particularly with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects would be desirable.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity with the ability to demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity.
  • Agile, goal-oriented, driven to succeed and always up for a challenge
