"This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in data and online customer journeys who would like to play a part in shaping the future of Admiral's online presence.
The successful candidate will have the ability to identify the website's area with the greatest opportunity for improvement and work across the Marketing team to improve our conversion rate from various acquisition channels and devices. The team has a "test and learn" ethos, so you will have the ability to impact Admiral's website's success significantly.
Main Responsibilities will be:
- Monitoring and creating conversion reports for website performance
- Identifying high-value opportunities for us to test from our website data
- Inputting into and managing the value prioritisation model
- Analysing experimentation results to identify personalisation opportunities by using demographic traits highlighted or further optimisation through continuously iterating
- Integrating the customer's lifetime value into all tests and optimisations within the team and with the rest of Marketing, ensuring that this metric is understood when evaluating the success
- Providing website reporting and support for senior managers
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in a data role with the ability to analyse data and highlight actions
- Experience using web analytics platforms
- An interest in digital technology
- Proactive, with the ability to work autonomously
- The ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to improve results and a strong sense of ownership
- An awareness of digital acquisition channels, e.g. SEO, PPC, Affiliates, Email
- Experience or commitment to learn MicroStrategy
- A team player with a proven ability to collaborate
Desirable Skills:
- Ability to use SAS
- Experience using MicroStrategy
Educational Qualifications Required:
A degree or equivalent experience in either: -
- Business management
- Mathematics or another numerical subject
