Tell us about you and your Admiral story
I started in Admiral in October 2020 as a Customer Loyalty Consultant (CCR). During this role I directly handled renewals queries and helped customers with any needs updating and changing their policies. I was then asked to move to a specialised outbound team contacting customers before their Renewal to make their experience as simple and efficient as possible. During my time in this role, I was able to develop the skills and experience that led me to pursue a full time recruitment role which I started in September 2022.
