About Leigh
My Admiral journey began 9 years ago in the Renewals Department where I progressed to Senior, before taking a career break to go travelling for 6 months (an amazing Admiral perk). When I returned, I joined our People Services department in the Governance team, which was a great opportunity to work in the Business Support side of the business and help develop a newly established team, before starting my current role in Recruitment.
My favourite thing about Admiral is… the diverse working culture and endless progression opportunities! I also love that all employee’s are entered into the Admiral share scheme, it really makes you feel like you are a part of the business. It’s not by luck that Admiral has been voted the best place to work in the UK.
About Jessie
I joined Admiral in January 2016 as part of Newport Renewals (now Customer Loyalty). During my time in Customer Loyalty, I progressed into a variety of roles including Senior and later into a management role. I remained manager in Customer Loyalty whilst helping with the recruitment within the department, this is where I found a real passion for bringing new people into the company. After 6 and a half happy years in Customer Loyalty I recently moved over to a new role as Recruitment Officer, where I can use my experience and help bring people into the company.
My favourite thing about Admiral is… the family feel we have. The managers and support staff offer endless support throughout your career and help you succeed in whichever career path you choose to take. Everyone is eager to get the job done to the best of their ability, whilst having a lot of fun along the way!
