About the job

Our People Operations team are looking for a Workplace Support Executive to join their team and provide a ‘platinum’ case management service to the business, so that all colleagues receive high levels of customer service and a consistent, quality experience that is legally compliant. We are open to both full time and part time applicants.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Handle employee cases related to health conditions, mental health, neurodiversity, musculoskeletal issues, and complex new-starter health forms.
  • Customised Adjustment Plans: Create plans that meet individual, business, and legal needs.
  • Accident Investigation: Manage risk adjustments, claims, and RIDDOR reporting.
  • Resolution and Documentation: Ensure timely resolution of cases, maintain accurate records, and uphold company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support and Guidance: Provide support to employees and managers throughout case management, ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Embed continuous improvement in processes to enhance colleague experience and efficiency.

Stakeholder Relationships:

  • Collaboration: Work with Business Partnering teams and People Services to understand HR needs and develop case management services.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • External Partnerships: Utilize external relationships relevant to case workload.

Insight and Data Utilisation:

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use people data to inform business decisions and forecast trends.
  • Wellbeing Updates: Provide regular updates on wellbeing cases and emerging trends to relevant stakeholders.

Key skills we are looking for

  • Working knowledge of Employment Law & the Equality Act and of current HR best practice, trends, and changes.
  • Proven ability to develop and effectively manage relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases at once.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation.
  • Confidently make decisions and objectively justify them. Confident in working independently but skilled at collaboration to deliver results

Desirable Skills

  • Degree calibre.
  • Human Resources - CIPD Level 3 or above desirable.
  • Neurodiversity OCN level 4.
  • Advanced DSE trained.
  • IOSH trained.
