IT Asset Analyst

Excellent opportunity for an IT Asset Analyst to join our IT Asset Management division here at Admiral.

As an IT Asset Analyst your role is to work on site to help support the ITAM team who are responsible for the management of Admirals IT Hardware & Software assets including sourcing, procurement, maintaining stock levels, Auditing, reporting on technology refreshes, retirement and disposal.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist with deliveries and stock management
• Facilitate homeworker kit (monitors / cables etc) to ensure it is ready to be deployed
• Provide administrative support to the HAM & SAM function such as ‘organising asset receipting’
• Raising of purchase orders following our procurement process.
• Provide support with the lifecycle of assets, adhering to all ITAM processes.
• Ensure CMDB Accuracy around discovered assets
• Support & facilitate the ITAM Analysts with administrative tasks around Software & Hardware.
• Work collaboratively with IT Finance and the business areas to ensure Process Control and Governance.
• Work within our Service Management tooling to fulfil Hardware requests.

Location

The role will be primarily based in our Cardiff office with weekly travel to our Swansea office. 

Interviews

For this position there will be a two -stage process. The first stage is an initial chat with the Hiring Manager and the second will be a 1 hour interview which will include a 10 minute presentation. 

Interviews will take place during the week commencing 21st November.
