Are you passionate about attracting and retaining top talent? Have you got either Agency or In-House Recruitment experience? Are you creative with using different sourcing techniques to attract talent? If so, we have the perfect opportunity to join us as a Talent Specialist within our Talent Acquisition (TA) Team for Admiral Pioneer and Admiral Money. This is a really exciting time to join and support Admiral’s start-up/scale-up entities. 

As part of this role, you will contribute to the effective delivery and execution of our hiring plans for Admiral Pioneer and Admiral Money, hiring across different verticals including Technology, Data, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and more. You will have the opportunity to make a material difference to the company by identifying and attracting the best talent.  

This role will require you to work between your home and the office in Cardiff 1-2 days per week. 

Main Duties  

  • Working closely with the TA team, Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to deliver effective sourcing, assessment and hiring strategies aligned to business goals 
  • Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, resume databases, networking sites and social media channels 
  • Approaching prospective candidates via tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, our ATS and other methods  
  • Developing, updating, and maintaining a network of candidates and talent pipelines, including using marketing techniques to attract candidates  
  • Attend and host careers fairs and networking events to promote Admiral Money and Admiral Pioneer's brand 
  • A brand ambassador - will play a key part in driving our EVP, social media presence and related comms and well as supporting and attending recruitment events. Ability to think creatively and design innovative sourcing campaigns to engage passive candidates  
  • Provide candidate centric job offer management and onboarding ensuring an excellent candidate experience. 

Key Requirements 

We are looking for someone who has: 

  • Proven sourcing experience in either an agency or in-house setting managing simultaneous campaigns 
  • Experience in proactively sourcing candidates using relevant recruiter tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases etc) 
  • Experience working creatively and designing innovative sourcing campaigns to engage passive candidates  
  • Confident working with hiring managers at all levels, providing market insights and making recommendations to support hiring decisions
  • Experience negotiating role requirements, offers and counteroffers  
  • Champions providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout 
  • Experience recruiting in the Tech industry
