We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer with deep expertise in designing for native iOS and Android applications. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling experiences that align with platform guidelines and user expectations. This role requires strong collaboration with product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver pixel-perfect, developer-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities

UX design for native mobile apps across iOS and Android platforms.
Create Figma developer-ready files, ensuring proper use of components, auto-layout, and design tokens.
Apply Dynamic Type and font scaling principles for accessibility and responsive typography.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless handoff and implementation.
Maintain consistency with the Design System while innovating for mobile-specific patterns.
Advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG) and platform-specific guidelines (Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design).

Key Requirements

5+ years of experience in UX design for native mobile apps.
Expert knowledge of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design.
Proficiency in Figma, including:
Component libraries
Auto-layout
Dev-ready file preparation (proper naming, constraints, export settings)
Strong understanding of Dynamic Font Sizing and Accessibility for iOS and Android.
Experience with responsive layouts, adaptive UI, and cross-platform consistency.
Expert knowledge with handoff tools (Figma).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
