AIGL
Admiral Insurance (Gibraltar) Limited (AIGL) is the largest insurance entity within Admiral Group. Based in Gibraltar and regulated by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC), AIGL underwrites a wide range of UK insurance products including Motor, Household, Travel and Pet.
Our teams in Finance, Governance, Risk and Compliance and Business Resilience work closely with UK intermediaries who manage and distribute these products.
Customer and Conduct
Our Customer and Conduct team is focused on doing the right thing for our customers, our colleagues and the way we do business. They’re helping shape how we engage with customers and making sure we continue to earn their trust with every interaction.
The team also works closely with Risk and Compliance, staying in tune with our regulators and making sure we’re always meeting the highest standards.
Facilities
The Facilities team is the first to arrive and the first to welcome you. They’re dedicated to creating a safe, comfortable and efficient environment for everyone who walks through our doors, from colleagues to visitors.
They manage everything from building maintenance and safety checks to space planning and amenities, making sure our offices run smoothly day to day. The facilities team is at the heart of our workplace experience, fixing what’s broken and helping shape the spaces we work in.
Internal Consulting
Our Internal Consulting team works across the business to solve big challenges, drive change and support smart, strategic decisions. They bring fresh thinking, sharp analysis and practical solutions to help us grow and improve.
From supporting new product launches to advising on mergers and acquisitions, reviewing operations, or guiding regulatory compliance they’re involved in the conversations that shape Admiral’s future.
Legal
Separate from our Admiral Law business, our in-house Legal team takes care of Admiral’s commercial and corporate legal work and it’s about much more than contracts. They support everything from mergers and acquisitions to intellectual property, litigation and even company secretary duties like managing our board meetings.
They also oversee our share schemes across the Group, keeping everything running fairly and efficiently behind the scenes. It’s a highly skilled team that plays a key role in protecting and enabling our business as it grows.
Procurement
The Procurement team makes sure we have what we need to keep Admiral running, sourcing everything from tech to services and building strong partnerships with external suppliers along the way.
They’re skilled negotiators, strategic thinkers and trusted advisors - always looking for ways to deliver value, reduce risk and make smart, informed decisions.
