The Serious Injury and Complex teams handle claims involving clients who have experienced more severe injuries and require further support. These teams are dedicated to ensuring that clients receive the level of care and support essential for their recovery after sustaining potentially life-changing injuries. They manage cases related to motor accidents, workplace incidents, occupiers/public liability claims, as well as product liability. 

 Our Clinical Negligence team look after clients who may have faced incorrect treatments, such as poorly executed surgeries, misdiagnoses, or delays in diagnosis. The Clinical Negligence team are committed to offering a professional and compassionate approach to resolving client claims swiftly, ensuring a high-quality service and maintaining regular communication until settlement is achieved.
