"An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join our Reward team. Based within People, you’ll report into the Reward Manager. You’ll be responsible for conducting day to day reward activities such as benchmarking and support a wide range of tasks and projects, so a great work ethic with a strong desire to succeed is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has experience working within a Reward function and would like to join an exciting and fast paced environment in a FTSE 100 business
Key Responsibilities
- You will conduct day to day Reward activities such as benchmarking, responding to queries and working closely with People Partners.
- You will assist the Reward Manager with the delivery of the UK Reward strategy, through achievement of milestones and projects that you will take a supporting role in.
- You will work in collaboration with wider Reward, People team and business to support alignment and engagement with the UK reward strategy
- You will work closely with the UK entities, to support them with Reward initiatives
- You will support in the administration of variable pay schemes
- You will support the communication with colleagues on reward related elements
- You will input into creation of business cases to support change programmes
- You will input into the creation of reward policies, processes and frameworks
- Build relationship with Group Risk and Compliance team to ensure compliance with regulation
Knowledge and skills required
- Knowledge and experience of reward or HR is essential
- Experience of role evaluation
- Experience of working in a regulated environment is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and numeracy skills
- Ability to research and propose recommendations for change
- Logical thinker who is able to independently plan to deliver to deadlines
- Good written communication skills to draft presentations and reports
- Stakeholder management and partnership skills (empathy, listening, influencing)
- Results-orientated
- Able to navigate complexity and work in ambiguity
- High learning agility
- Great work ethic with a strong desire to succeed

What areas do you look after?
I look after a variety of roles for Admiral Tech, mainly in Delivery, as well as IT roles for AFSL.
Tell us about you and your Admiral story?
I have worked in Admiral for over 20 years, I started in Customer Care and worked my way round various roles in the department. I joined Recruitment looking after the administrator and contractor positions and more recently moved to look after all of IT recruitment within Admiral Tech.
