We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our Marketing Business Intelligence (BI) team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across all Admiral UK insurance products, leveraging data to generate actionable insights that enhance customer experience and drive strategic business outcomes.
About the Team
The UK Customer Data & Analytics department is dedicated to delivering insights that improve customer engagement and satisfaction. It focuses on measuring customer and commercial value across product lines, ensuring a holistic view of performance and opportunity.
Within this department, the Marketing BI team is responsible for:
- Supporting ECRM initiatives through the analysis of customer data and campaign performance.
- Providing data-driven recommendations to inform and shape marketing strategies.
- Designing and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborating with marketing stakeholders to optimise campaign performance.
- Conducting A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to improve marketing outcomes.
Skills and Experience Required
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a marketing or customer analytics context.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets from multiple sources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
