The Household Product team is searching for an experienced people manager to join on a six-month secondment/contract. Household has ambitious growth targets and continues to play a key role within the Admiral diversification strategy, having recently announced an acquisition project, a backfill opportunity has arisen within the Core Product team.
As the Product Operations Manager, you will be leading a team of Product Managers accountable for delivering continuous improvements to the Household Core product design and optimising commercial performance.
Main Duties
- Leadership of the Household Core Product Team to deliver on the Product strategy.
- Collaboration with Senior Product Managers and Department Manager to determine strategy and translate this into workable objectives and execution.
- Set the operating rhythm for a small team of Product Managers, ensuring operational efficiency and output.
- Ensure that communication strategy aligns to relevant regulations and standards, while overseeing suitable controls to risk management.
- Ensure reporting/MI is reviewed, and insights are evaluated to improve performance.
- Stay informed about changes to regulatory landscape and adapt strategy accordingly, ensuring ongoing compliance in a dynamic environment.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of area initiatives and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders and management.
- Contribute positively to the existing management team, ensuring the department provides a happy, positive, and supportive working environment for staff.
