Working alongside the Team Manager you will move the department, HR Processes & the HRIS forward, identifying key areas of advancements across all HR technology.

You will be responsible for maintaining and improving system usage across the business by liaising with various departments including People Services. You will make sure that the journey of using HR systems and practices are as smooth and efficient as possible. This is known as BAU. The use of AI/Automation technologies should be used where possible.

The team members within the People Technology Coordinator team are comprised of individuals with responsibilities including but not limited to product development. The team takes cross-functional responsibilities necessary to transform an idea or a requirement into a tangible product for the end-users.

Responsibilities

  • Perform work sprints as per the requirements provided by the PS Tech Leadership team and coordinated by the Agile coordinator. 
  • Assist the team in any tasks that are assigned by the Team Lead, these could include but are not limited to Service, email and drop in requests. Providing training materials and or/training sessions for the various HR related systems and processes.
  • You will be expected to use the direction given by the PS Tech Leadership team & via the roadmap and vision for each HR based system.

  • Help to maintain the data in the HRIS systems ensuring quality data is entered accurately, consistently, and completely.
  • Take ownership and embrace and embed a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the service delivered by People Tech is reviewed regularly to improve first time resolution
  • Demonstrate credibility and competence to enhance stakeholder confidence of People Operations.
  • Use people data effectively to make informed business decisions and forecast longer term business needs and trends
  • The insights used will be based on interactions with the business and all systems users to provide the relevant requirement and/or system change requirements so they may be passed through change control to see if the change is feasible.
  • Provide input and insight to the People Tech Manager.

 

You will ideally have;

  • The ability to work in an Agile way specifically using Sprint, KANBAN, etc
  • A comprehensive understanding of Payroll & HR processes
  • An understanding of project management and agile Agile methodology
  • Experiences working with, and delivery of projects/products
  • Intermediate Business Objects Knowledge
  • The ability to perform business analysis or understand business analysis techniques
  • The ability to work effectively with different people and teams of people by putting others at ease
  • The ability to identify and set priorities 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An understanding of the Admiral business and culture
  • Adequate skills at presenting/delivering training to medium and large groups
  • AI/Automation technology knowledge
  • Pro-active approach to your work
