Multi-Function is one of our newly established departments

We are a multi-skilled, multi-trained, multi-talented department that currently offers support to the other call centres across the business to help improve the customer journey.

The departments we cover are:

  • Customer Care
  • Renewals
  • New Business

Main Responsibilities

  • Making mid-term changes
  • Identifying and resolving customer queries
  • Dealing with existing customers who are due for renewal and trying to re-secure the business
  • Dealing with new customers that are wanting to take out a new car and home insurance policies.
  • Up-selling additional products such as home insurance
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Outbounding customers to sell additional products

However, our main objective for all functions is to offer multi-car and multi cover policies. By using the skills we’ve acquired as multi-function experts.

This is a full time postion working 38.5 hours a week
