Marketing Implementation Executive ECRM - 6 month FTC

We are looking a dynamic Marketing Executive who is passionate about martech to join the ECRM team.  In this role you will help support, maintain, and optimise the technical programmes and data integrations used in ECRM to best suit our marketing needs.

Initially this is a 6 month Fixed Term contract, there maybe an opportunity for the role to be permanent.

Relationship management will play an important part as you’ll be working alongside product stakeholders providing technical support on campaign workflows and data integrations to deliver success.  The role presents a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a fast-paced and dynamic marketing environment to help the ECRM team achieve campaign goals through martech applications

The ECRM team purpose is to engage customers and prospects with a range of direct marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and cross-sell, improve retention and customer satisfaction, and promote digital adoption across Admiral’s expanding portfolio of products.

Our focus is on email marketing, while also testing new initiatives for channels such as SMS, push notification and Direct Mail, finding the right channel mix for the individual customer journey. We aim to ensure we are contacting the right customers, with the right message, at the right time, via the right channel

As Marketing Implementation Executive, you will:

• Work with wider ECRM team to ensure marketing campaign workflows, assets and team processes are built utilising best practice and support opportunities for development. 
• Understand Marketing metrics to assist with stakeholder reports and communications to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Produce presentations and reports in digestible format for target audience.
• Work with Adobe to monitor email deliverability and investigate performance issues to improve outcomes.
• Support onboarding of new products and brands with data requirements, workflow building and integrations and testing.
• Work with compliance, data protection and legal teams, both in EUI and Admiral Group, to ensure campaigns meet FCA, data privacy and ASA requirements.  
• Help maintain ECRM process documentation.
• Assist with team training on technical tools including Adobe Campaign, Litmus and SOAPUI.
• keep up to date of the latest martech trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Ideally you will have these skills:

Marketing

• Experience creating Campaign workflows
• Understanding of marketing performance MI
• Understanding of digital marketing technologies and best practice including inbox placement, deliverability, and email client domain specifications

Technical

• Process and technical aptitude are essential, as this is a specialized digital role within ECRM
• Experience using Adobe Campaign.
• Knowledge of XML & JavaScript.
• Knowledge of HTML & SAS/SQL.

Data

• Understanding of Admiral business priorities to translate into data requirements.
• Experience implementing APIs.
• Understanding of GDPR and data privacy laws.

Stakeholder management

• Excellent communicator; both verbal & written.
• Ability to build the relationships with internal teams and third parties.
• Confidence to challenge assumptions.
• Communication with stakeholders of all technical ability.
•  Proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative & generate ideas

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance
