"We are looking for an experienced Senior Learning Designer who will create engaging blended learning for a heterogeneous audience in terms of professional experience and background. Experience in designing learning for digital, virtual, face to face and on demand is a necessity. You must be passionate about learning science, human-centric design and data led learning. Enthusiasm, curiosity, and collaboration are essential at Admiral. Working with stakeholders across the business, you will be responsible for scoping and designing learning solutions to meet the desired outcomes. You must be able to get stuck in, be a team player and help less experienced designers meet their potential.
As a senior learning professional, with experience in conceptualising and designing innovative learning pathways and assets, you will be responsible for the curation and design of learning pathways.
As a Senior Learning Designer you will
- Curate and design learning pathways and frameworks to meet learning requirements for our colleagues across the Admiral Group.
- Present design concepts and proposed solutions to stakeholders
- Design a blend of learning assets including face-to face, virtual, on-demand and digital learning assets
- Own the design of digital assets from conception to go-live, working with a team of developers to bring storyboards alive
- Deliver run throughs and train the trainer sessions of face to face and virtual learning assets and guide and support the team of facilitators and coaches to deliver the content
- Quality review and test learning assets created by yourself and team members to ensure that the assets are developed in accordance to approved concepts and quality standards
- Integrate learning measurements into the learning design of all assets and analysis learning insights to learning outcomes are met and solutions continuously improve
- Working in collaboration with the wider team define and create new learning solutions including designing prototypes and learning assets
- Guide, support and develop learning designers and the wider learning community as required
Ideally you will have
- Expertise in a wide range of learning approaches, design of learning assets and channels
- A highly collaborative spirit and consistently driving for excellence
- Experience of creating learning assets for a wider range of professionals across the financial sector or a board range of business sectors
- An excellent eye for detail and ability to analysis learning insights
- A board knowledge of applied learning science and human centric design
- Ability to inspire and challenge all levels of staff

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance
We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
