We are looking for a results-driven senior marketer with a passion for managing paid digital channels campaigns. The role will be for a Senior Performance Marketing professional to join our team and take the reins of our paid performance media advertising.

Admiral marketing team are customer focused and are at the heart of the businesses drive to diversify the business and acquire new customer. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and has hands-on-keys experience of running performance marketing teams.


As Senior Acquisition manager you will 

  • Take a leadership role in developing and implementing comprehensive digital channel roadmaps aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Manage and facilitate the in-housing of digital media efforts, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish and refine processes for efficient in-platform execution.
  • Manage a team of in-platform specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Oversee team performance, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and strategic objectives.
  • Directly able to support the team by staying up-to-date with industry best practices and platform updates.
  • Implement optimization strategies based on performance data, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Manage and evaluate media technology solutions, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging tools.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of multi-touch attribution (MTA) and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) methodologies.
  • Apply this understanding to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and guide strategic decision-making.


Experience we are looking for

  • Developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
  • Excel (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
  • Successfully delivering growth through affiliate/ partnership marketing
  • Highly results orientated work ethic, articulate, decisive and a self starter.
  • The ability to identify and secure business.
  • Excellent  negotiation and networking skills

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance

We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
