Senior Talent Partner - MBA
What areas do you look after?
I look after the MBA recruitment team.
Tell us about you and your Admiral story?
I started my Admiral journey in 2009, when I joined the Inbound Sales department. I was hooked by the Admiral culture from day one! I developed my skills in Inbound Sales by undertaking various different roles and after 6 years I became a Personal Assistant, where I supported our UK CEO and Group CFO. I am now part of the MBA recruitment team.
Why would you recommend Admiral?
I really value the fact that Admiral give staff space and autonomy to build their own career path, whilst balancing this with the right amount of support. Being an innovative and diverse company, the development opportunities for staff are endless! Team this with a culture that balances working hard, feeling valued and having fun, and you can see why we are continuously named as a Great Place to Work!
