A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a case handler/paralegal with litigation experience to join the Complex Litigation Team here at Admiral Law.
You will be responsible for running a litigated caseload, comprising of road traffic accident claims, acting on behalf of Claimants who have been injured and who may have suffered significant financial losses. This is a fee earning role, and you will be responsible for running your own case load ranging in financial value from £15k upwards (largely within the Fast Track limit). You will also be responsible for running Fatality, Bankruptcy and claims where clients lack capacity, all of which can require exceptional levels of client care, technicality, and sensitivity. A positive approach to cross department communication is essential, as is the case with all areas of Admiral Law.
