Admiral’s success goes hand-in-hand with having a strong, people focused culture. We believe that happy people make happy clients, and that happy clients lead to a great reputation in the legal industry. Our philosophy is a simple yet effective one: people who enjoy what they do, do it better.
Admiral Law was created in 2013 to provide legal assistance for Admiral customers that had been involved in Road Traffic Accidents. The aim is to ensure those customers are given a great service. About your career
Our employees are right at the heart of our success. We put a lot of effort and investment into making sure our organisation is a happy place to work, ensuring employees have the appropriate training to excel in their field of expertise. We have a very experienced management group that deliver regular training and work hard to ensure all of our employees are equipped with the tools and the knowledge to excel in their roles.

We believe that investing time in our staff leads to people enjoying the job, advancing their technical knowledge, and understanding what pathway they wish to choose in the business. Internal progression is paramount and we work hard to ensure that our staff members have many opportunities to further their career.
Whilst there are numerous ways to develop your skillset within Admiral Law, we currently have a significant number of handlers in Admiral Law enrolled on CILEx courses. Our good relationship with the local college is extremely important to us. All of these courses have been funded by Admiral Law, yet another perk for those successful!
About the role
Motivated, analytical, and with a keen eye for detail, you’ll become part of the dedicated department set up to process and administer a variety of financial tasks required upon settlement of our clients’ personal injury claims.
The department has been structured in a task-based way, and so you will not have set responsibility of a number of cases, but rather you will become part of the taskforce where you may be reviewing new files to determine where payments should be made, processing the payments once monies have been received, or proactively chasing up payments due.
You’ll effectively manage and progress the cases that you review and keep clients informed of progress of their payments where necessary.
You will have the opportunity to develop in the role and be given exposure to more complex files that in turn see more complex payments, accounting problem solving, building your technical costs knowledge.
About you
Full training will be provided for the role and so prior accounts experience is not essential, though advantageous.
You will be thorough and methodical, enthusiastic and organised, confident in managing and prioritising your work.
You will also have sound PC skills and good with numeracy.
Good communications skills in order to deal with client queries, or discussing matters with third parties, is also required.

What areas do you look after?
I currently recruit for our Non-Motor departments.
Tell us about you and your Admiral story?
I joined Admiral in October 2020 as a Renewals Consultant. I dealt directly with Renewals queries and then moved into the Customer Value team, dealing with mid-term customers and upselling Multi Product. During my time in the Contact Centres, I helped with Volume Recruitment from time to time, and this prompted me to pursue a full-time role in recruitment, which I started in March 2022.
Why would you recommend Admiral?
Admiral is a great company to work for and offers a culture like no other. Admiral has given me the tools to form my own career path and there is always opportunity to develop and challenge yourself in different ways.
