"Role Profile
The Group Reward analyst will provide financial modelling and analysis linking business performance and remuneration across all Admiral’s entities in the Group. The role requires flexibility, as the work can vary significantly in its nature and scale and provides a great opportunity to:
- Gain a wide knowledge of all our businesses internationally,
- Build relationships with senior management, and
- Develop specific expertise on reward schemes and their link with performance.
Role Responsibilities will include:
- Developing a good understanding of the activities of the business, as well as our Reward schemes (Base salary increase mechanisms, share schemes, profit sharing and other incentives).
- Significant involvement in salary control processes, including review of base salary increases in all businesses.
- Involvement in the Group Reward Team’s roadmap of projects and lead specific projects involving financial analysis for the design or review of remuneration schemes.
- Development of complex spreadsheet models to aid with business decision-making, simulation of new remuneration schemes and definition/review / compensation of business targets linked to remuneration.
- Providing general support and completing ad-hoc analysis as required by the Group Finance team as well as Group Reward team.
- Developing new MI for use with new business ventures and testing campaigns.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Ideally qualified accountant (0-3 PQE) with strong academic background and strong numeracy and analytical skills, we'd still welcome your application if you are part or unqualfiied as the role is open to experience levels.
- Experience of complex financial modelling.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with and influence all types of people and all levels of management.
- Self-motivator, proactive in all aspects of the role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential, and proficiency in using other MS Word and PowerPoint.

Salary, Benefits and Work-Life Balance
We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
