We're on the hunt for Customer Advisors to join our lively and dynamic Customer Loyalty team!
So, what does a Customer Advisor do? You'll chat with our customers over the phone each day, ensuring they receive exceptional service. Since we're a regulated company, you'll also follow some compliance standards. Don't worry if you’re new to insurance, we’ll equip you with all the training and tools to make you confident in delivering great service quickly!

Our Customer Loyalty Department
As a Customer Advisor, you’ll mainly handle calls from current customers, finding ways to assist them, whether it’s getting the best renewal price, adding extra coverage, or resolving general queries. Our department constantly adapts to meet customer needs and maintain a competitive edge. Our culture is something that needs to be seen to be believed, so we’ve tried to capture it here.

The application process
We value your time, so we’ve made our application process simple and quick. After you apply, our team will review your application. If your skills and experience match what we’re looking for, you’ll have a short phone interview where we will learn more about you and your communication skills. If that goes well, we’ll invite you to our office for a meet and greet. There, you’ll get to experience our culture for yourself, get a clear understanding of the Customer Advisor role, and finish off with a face-to-face interview with our hiring team.

Tell us about you and your Admiral story?
I joined Admiral in 2018 with the idea of it being a short stopgap before moving on to something different, however I fell in love with the company's culture and knew within two weeks of starting this would be the perfect place to offer me a long term career. I started as a Motor Claims Handler within the Accidental Loss department before securing the role of Management Support within Accidental Loss after just 10 months. I enjoyed this immensely and had three wonderful years working in Claims before taking on a new challenge joining the recruitment team, with the idea of being able to help new people begin their Admiral journey.
