Your job title would be:
Consumer / Market Researcher
Working within an agile growth marketing team, we are looking for someone to get closer to our customers. We want to put the customers into the heart of our process, using insights gathered to help build our new features and products.
Working with the product design team, principal product managers and the marketing team you will be in charge of gathering a broad range of insights to answer both customers and business needs.
This is a new role and we’re looking for someone who can conduct phone interviews, identify customer needs, research competitors, and identify new opportunities for Veygo to explore.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Know our customers (through quantitative and qualitative methods), the jobs they need to do and help in the creation of new ideas by sharing your insights. These insights should be in easy-to-read reports ready to hand over to the design team to turn into prototypes or live products.
- You will also develop testing strategies to prove if the ideas are desirability and feasibility, testing any assumptions collated within the process. As side from project based testing, we want someone that can help run BAU testing through on site AB tests and customer surveys.
Role Responsibilities
This role will own all thing customer research and be a key part of building new products. The role with be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Gather data, conduct interviews, translate insight, and identify opportunities
- Produce clear and compelling communication that captures the process, insights and output of research conducted
- Organising and running monthly customer review panels to test brand ideas, campaigns and new product features
- Effective communication with other departments within Veygo, supporting cross functional collaboration and interaction
- Run AB testing and surveys through a range of tools (training provided)
About you
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in conducting any customer research projects
- Experience in delivering customer interviews and insights
- Experience in research analysis, qualitative insights, journey mapping and commercial considerations
- Good data presentation and layout skills
- A fair understanding into market research and product delivery
Non Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in working with AB testing and digital testing software such as Salesforce, Optimizely or VWO
- Experience working with visualisation tools such as Miro and lucidchart
- Experience working with data providers such as Tableau or Google Analytics
