We are looking for somebody who has solid experience in above the line marketing and is looking for a new challenge.

This is a varied and challenging role which offers exposure across the business and is great for someone who is looking for line management experience and can bring new ideas to the table.

If you have experience in the planning and execution of above the line campaigns and can support our Head of Advertising in the day to day running of the team this could be the perfect role for you.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Relevant qualification or experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an ATL focussed role. Ideally with TV experience.
  • Ability to develop strategies based on industry trends and developments.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, especially when working with multiple projects or teams.
  • Excellent management, negotiation, listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Decisiveness and strong problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
  • Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Solid presentation skills.
  • Can manage the creative and media process from brief through to post campaign analysis.

Some things that you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Working with team members, stakeholders, or external agencies to establish and meet project goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Developing ATL strategies to increase buyer interest in products or services.
  • Monitoring project progress, from planning to execution, to ensure it remains focused and effective.
  • Negotiating contract specifications and terms with clients or other external parties.
  • Initiating and directing research efforts.
  • Collecting and analysing data and presenting it to other parties, including management and stakeholders.
  • Providing expert advice on marketing and advertising methods for new or existing products or services.
  • You’ll be working closely with the Acquisition campaign manager on our overarching advertising strategy.
  • You’ll be regularly reviewing our performance against a range of objectives and KPIs and identifying potential opportunities, as well as things that aren’t performing well.
  • Making recommendations to improve performance and to drive further efficiencies.
  • Liaising with compliance to ensure our adverts adhere to FCA regulations.
  • Managing the creative and media process from brief through to post campaign analysis.

Additional Information

  • We will review your CV within 5 working days of application and get back to you.
  • We will give you everything you need to work comfortably from home.

Please note - we may close this vacancy early if we receive lots of applications or business priorities change.
