Admiral Law: Official Injury Claims

Working in Official Injury Claims

The Official Injury Claims (OIC) Department is a dynamic and dedicated team focused on handling personal injury claims resulting from road traffic accidents. Daily, the case handlers engage with clients to coordinate treatment following an accident and arrange medical examinations to assess and value their injuries. Additionally, they conduct investigative work regarding clients' out-of-pocket expenses incurred due to the accident, along with exploring liability if the opposing party denies responsibility. Once the liability and claim value are established, the team works to negotiate a settlement that compensates the client for their injuries.

The OIC department operates in a fast-paced and bustling environment, yet it is immensely rewarding, as they provide support to clients during challenging times and ultimately secure favourable settlements for them.

Roles in Official Injury Claims

Some of these job roles may be familiar, but they come with an Admiral Law twist! In these roles, you’ll have the freedom to Be You. Be given the tools to Grow & Progress. - Case Handler
