Working in Multi-Skilled
The Multi-Skilled team handles various types of claims, including those exceeding 5k, cases involving minors, Motor Insurance Bureau claims, and situations where the accident's liability or causation is contested. Occasionally, claims may be referred to the Multi-Skilled team from the Official Injury Claims (OIC) team due to their complexity, such as in multi-shunt collisions.
The team also assist in investigating certain claims while they are still with the OIC Department, particularly when further medical reports and evaluations are necessary to determine if we can achieve over 5k. Our dedicated team members are committed to delivering exceptional client care while thoroughly investigating claims to ensure our clients receive a fair resolution.
