As a leading insurance & financial services provider, we’re dedicated to ensuring our customer communications are simple and easy to understand.
We’re looking for an outstanding UI/UX copywriter, with a passion for clear communication and an eye for detail to work with our teams to help deliver a straightforward language and plain numbers approach to our digital customer experiences. You will report to the Creative Director and work alongside the Brand, Content and online teams.
Responsibilities will include:
- Planning and writing customer-facing copy to improve the digital user journey
- Writing with a focus on accessibility and vulnerable customers
- Developing clear, concise and jargon-less content
- Maintaining consistency with our brand’s tone of voice
- Adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements
- Coordinating with designers, marketing and product teams to create clear communications and promotions
- Researching and understanding our products and services and keeping up with the regulatory responsibilities for delivering customer-focused content
- Updating and improving web content and optimising cross-sell and promotional opportunities
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years experience in copywriting
- Experience of working in with a Regulated company.
- Experience in UI and UX copywriting, either in-house or with a portfolio
- A love of creative storytelling with a drive to write excellent, engaging copy
- A user-focused mindset
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills
- A creative and motivated mindset
- A passion for developing original ideas
- An ability to convey complex product information in a clear and
- easy-to-understand format
- Organisational and time management skills
- Experience working with cross-collaborative teams or agencies
- Some knowledge of SEO and keyword research practices
Software experience:
- Microsoft Office
- Figma – would be

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance
