Are you passionate about attracting and retaining top talent? Have you got either Agency or In-House Recruitment experience? Are you knowledgeable in sourcing techniques to attract outstanding talent? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Talent Specialist in our Start up Talent Acquisition Team.

As part of this role, you will contribute to the effective delivery and execution of our Start Up hiring plan. Reporting to the Senior Talent Partner, you will focus on talent acquisition for Admiral Pioneer and Admiral Money, hiring across different verticals including Technology, Data, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and more. You will have the opportunity to make a material difference to the company by identifying and attracting the best talent. 

This role will require you to work between your home and the office in Cardiff 2 times a week.

Main duties 

  • Partnering with Hiring Managers, Talent Partner and HR stakeholders to deliver effective sourcing, assessment and hiring strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, resume databases, networking sites and social media channels
  • Contacting potential candidates directly via LinkedIn Recruiter InMail / ATS / Sourcebreaker and other methods 
  • Developing, updating, and maintaining a network of candidates and talent pipelines, including using marketing techniques to attract candidates 
  • Regularly attend and host careers fairs and networking events to promote Admiral Money and Admiral Pioneer's brand
  • Ability to think creatively and design innovative sourcing campaigns (includes advanced Boolean search skills) to engage passive candidates 
  • Provide candidate centric job offer management and onboarding.

Requirements

You will ideally have:

  • Talent Acquisition experience in either an agency or in-house setting focusing on various discipline/verticals 
  • Experience in proactively sourcing candidates using relevant recruiter tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SourceBreaker etc)  
  • Experience working creatively and designing innovative sourcing campaigns (includes advanced Boolean search skills) to engage passive candidates 
  • Experience negotiating role requirements, offers and counteroffers 
  • Experience managing workload across multiple vacancies whilst providing best-in-class service to candidates
