Senior Talent Partner (Early Careers)

A new and very exciting opportunity has become available to lead our Early Careers team and initiatives. We’re at the very start of building out a new early careers strategy to support the business with its growth and diversification.

The Early Careers Senior Talent Partner will have ownership for the development and implementation of Admiral’s Groups Early Career strategy. This includes attracting, recruiting, and developing the best early careers talent to support the future growth of Admiral Group Plc.

You’ll be expected to:

• Create and implement a new early careers strategy.
• Track and report on success metrics.
• Support a talented team and help them become the best they can be.
• Foster a culture of creativity, enjoyment and development.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify future gaps in talent and areas of growth.
• Build a solid early careers network both internally and externally.
• With your team, create new and innovative early career programmes.
• Attend early career events and conferences.

We’d like someone with the following skills and experience:

• Experience working in early careers or an understanding of the market.
• Leadership skills and experience of leading a team.
• Presenting and bringing ideas to life.
• Good analytical skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A good sense of humour.
• Amazing communication skills

Interviews for this position will commence on June 1^st and 2^nd.

The role will be hybrid, where you’d be expected to attend the office every Wednesday.

Salary, Benefits and Work-Life Balance

We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
