The Role
Admiral Pioneer is on a mission to build the next generation of insurance propositions—smart, scalable, and customer-centric. As our Senior Compliance Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of this transformation, ensuring our bold ideas are backed by robust, proportionate compliance oversight across both UK (FCA) and Gibraltar (GFSC) regulatory landscapes.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct access to the Admiral Pioneer Board and senior leadership. We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, commercially savvy, and pragmatic—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance speed with precision.
What You’ll Be Driving
- Craft and execute a forward-thinking 12-month compliance plan aligned with Admiral Pioneer and Group frameworks.
- Build trusted relationships with Senior Managers and Board members, becoming their go-to advisor on emerging compliance challenges.
- Lead with expertise in dual regulation (FCA & GFSC), offering clear, actionable guidance.
- Champion a risk-based approach that supports rapid innovation without compromising integrity.
- Embed governance and compliance into our DNA—from product design to culture.
- Deliver thematic reviews that spotlight best practices and unlock efficiencies.
- Provide sharp, insightful reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance, RMC, and Board.
- Keep Group functions informed and assured on Pioneer’s compliance posture.
- Stay ahead of regulatory change and translate complexity into clarity for the business.

- Support regulatory submissions and liaise confidently with FCA and GFSC.

I currently recruit for our Non-Motor departments.
Tell us about you and your Admiral story?
I joined Admiral in October 2020 as a Renewals Consultant. I dealt directly with Renewals queries and then moved into the Customer Value team, dealing with mid-term customers and upselling Multi Product. During my time in the Contact Centres, I helped with Volume Recruitment from time to time, and this prompted me to pursue a full-time role in recruitment, which I started in March 2022.
