About the role
As a Remote Customer Advisor, you’ll be talking to our customers on the phone every day, focusing on exceptional customer service. As a regulated company, you’ll also have some compliance standards to uphold. Don’t worry if you’re not experienced in insurance, we’ll provide you with all the right training and tools to deliver great service confidently in no time.
You'll mostly be taking inbound calls from existing customers and offering solutions to benefit our customers, whether that be negotiating the best price at renewal, including extra cars, homes or vans to their policy, or simply dealing with general customer queries. Our area is constantly evolving to keep up with the needs of our customers and to ensure we have a competitive edge.

Tell us about you and your Admiral story?
I graduated from a Sports Journalism University course in 2016 and was left wondering where my future career would lie. After working for a year in a Contact Centre, I applied for different admin roles, where I fell into the world of internal recruitment and fell in-love with it. I have been working in internal recruitment for almost 6 years now and really wanted to find a role where I could grow even more as a recruiter. After hearing so many great things about the culture at Admiral I felt like it was a no brainer, and the perfect place for me to be able to develop myself even further.
