Proposition Lead - Admiral Pioneer

Your role.

We are looking for an experienced and customer focused Proposition Lead to join us as we launch something new and exciting in our Future of Work team. We are a strong talented team and have big ambitions. Right now, we’re on the lookout for more creative and passionate people to join the team to help us make things happen.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has been part of a founding team, or joined a small but growing company at an early stage, and is ready to make the leap into product ownership.

We want you to

• Support the creation of a customer centred Micro SME business.
• Identify market opportunities and define/deliver the products. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, data scientists, engineers, and operations people to build and scale these products and programs to existing and new micro-SME segments.
• Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results
• Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across domain teams (Investment Solutions, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, Partnership, etc.) and the Admiral Pioneer Leadership team
• Implement best-in-class product development and management practices
• Efficiently execute to launch products within a cross-functional team to deliver on the team’s mission
• Communicate effectively and influence outcomes

About You

• You’ve researched us, and what we are doing excites you.
• You have been a Proposition Lead in a start-up or scale up environment and are ready to take on a new challenge.
• You’re a great communicator, always looking for ways to improve how you and your team work together.
• You have 3+ years of product management experience.
• Your product decisions are always with and for your customers.
• You’ve taken a product from an idea to reality.
• You can effectively use data and performing business analysis to support product strategy
• Your comfortable and confident to work closely with stakeholders in our various disciplines and teams.

Additional Information

The successful candidate will report to the CEO of Small Business within the Future of Work domain in Admiral Pioneer.

The Admiral Pioneer HQ is in Cardiff, Wales, however, we are happy to discuss remote working options, but we would like to see your face in the Cardiff office from time to time.

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance
