  • In our CMS, oversee and directly implement the delivery of large-scale and high profile page builds and regular BAU updates ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Maintain a well-structured and optimised CMS environment to support efficient content management and editorial workflows.
  • Prioritise and manage sprint backlogs, coordinating workflows across cross-functional teams using tools like Jira.
  • Analyse performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with IT, editorial, content and design teams to deliver new features and enhancements, from concept to release.
  • Deliver CMS training sessions for content editors and create/maintain a comprehensive CMS guide.
  • Define and track OKRs at both team and squad level, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Troubleshoot issues in the CMS and website.
  • Seek out and develop new website functionality to meet customer and editorial needs.

  • Contribute to the product community of practice, sharing learnings and driving best practices.

Key Skills Required

  • Proven substantial experience managing websites and content via CMS platforms with a great understanding of CMS architecture and integrations.
  • Excellent experience in managing CMS updates, backups, and resolving technical issues with technical teams.
  • Experience in briefing new modules and website elements with customer experience and content editor experience in mind.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and how to optimise them for conversion and satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working with design systems or component libraries.
  • Experience with website optimization, testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
