Summary: We are looking for experienced Product Owners to join two areas of our Admiral Pioneer team:

  1. Live to 101 - leading the creation of a customer-centred financial well-being business.
  2. Future of Work - leading the creation of a customer-centred micro-SME business

The Product Owner's work will be pivotal to shaping our Live to 101 and Future of Work domains.

About Admiral Pioneer

Admiral Pioneer is a new entity within Admiral Group with the task of seeding, launching, and scaling new businesses. We are focused on three business domains:

About the Roles

The Live to 101 Product Owner will identify market opportunities and define/deliver the products that serve the consumer financial wellbeing market. You will join a cross-functional team of designers, data scientists, engineers, and operations people to build and scale these products and programs to existing and new Admiral customers.

The Future of Work/SME Product Owner will identify market opportunities and define/deliver the products that serve the micro-SME segment. You will join a cross-functional team of designers, data scientists, engineers, and operations people to build and scale these products and programs to existing and new micro-SME segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish the product vision and strategy for your product area
  • Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results
  • Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across domain teams (Investment Solutions, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, Partnership, etc.) and the Admiral Pioneer Leadership team
  • Implement best-in-class product development and management practices
  • Efficiently execute to launch products within a cross-functional team to deliver on the team’s mission
  • Communicate effectively and influence outcomes

About You

You have probably been a Product Owner in a start-up environment and are ready to take on a new challenge.

Experience Required

  • 5+ years of product management experience 
  • Demonstrated track record of product leadership, ideally (but not essentially) in the wealth management / retail investment / SME segment or advisory team of a financial services start-up
  • Built and scaled products in eco-system environments
  • Entrepreneurial track record of taking an idea to reality
  • Demonstrated track record of effectively using data and performing business analysis to support product strategy

Additional Information

The successful candidate will report to the CEO of the Live to 101 domain within Admiral Pioneer.

The Admiral Pioneer HQ is in Cardiff, Wales, however, we are happy to discuss remote working options.
