Product Marketing Manager

This is an exciting, varied and challenging role, which offers exposure across the business at a senior level. As such, we’re looking for an experienced and confident marketing professional, who is as comfortable with targets and budgets as they are with creative campaign ideas. This would suit an exec looking to step up.

Reporting to the Head of Product and Partnership Marketing your main responsibility will be in the delivery of marketing activities supporting business objectives from new and emerging products and services. You will develop and coordinate the delivery of strategic as well as tactical marketing for internal product stakeholders with the support of a multi-disciplinary internal marketing team.

As a Product Marketing Manager you will;

• Develop the marketing strategy for new products including, Pet and Travel
• Produce and deliver marketing plans for the launch of new products
• Work with the Head of Product and Partnership Marketing to develop comprehensive marketing plans for new products to market
• Liaise with internal product stakeholders
• Initiate new campaign ideas with the support of the wider marketing team.
• Analyse ROI and the effectiveness of all marketing activities at product level
• Ensure the delivery of strategic projects as part of marketing plans
• Research and present marketing suggestions for product growth
• Coordinate different stakeholders (in marketing and other departments) around the projects to ensure deadlines are met and quality is sufficient.
• Work with the Acquisition, Brand, and eCRM teams to define, execute  and measure the product marketing activity

You Ideally will have;

• Stakeholder management
• Experience of managing a product’s marketing strategy from research to launch
• A degree level education or comparable working experience
• Ability to prioritise/multitask under pressure to tight deadlines
• Great organisation skills (self and driving others)
• Ambitious professional with the ability and confidence to present his/her work to senior managers
• Strong numerical, analytical and commercial skills.

• Interviews and feedback will begin w/c 23rd May 2022
• The role is based in Cardiff with a Hybrid approach to working, 1 or 2 days in the office. We will give you everything you need to work comfortably from home.
