Optimisation Executive

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an interest in online customer journeys who would like to play a part in improving our performance and shaping the future of Admiral’s online presence through A/B testing.

The successful candidate will have the ability to deal with multiple projects at once and have the desire to improve our conversion from various acquisition channels.

Main Duties

• Run A/B or multivariate design tests on our website to try and improve conversions and/or customer experience. Analysing the effectiveness and performance of tests which could be on landing pages, quote engine or the Myaccount area.
• To own and become the expert in the area you look after. 
• Using online tools to examine what changes could be made for web improvements (training will be given for these online tools – these include, Content Square and Userzoom)
• Reviewing competitors and ecommerce websites, both inside and outside of the finance sector, to identify potential testing opportunities
• Working closely with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy of tests.
• To make sure your area is aligned to the goals of the business.
• Monitoring performance on your live tests and communicating results
• Making sure winning tests are implemented and communicate changes to the relevant teams

Skills and Experience Required

• An interest in improving the online journey for our customers
• You will need to have confidence and be proactive, with the ability to work creatively and autonomously.
• You will need to be good at problem solving and have attention to detail.
• You will need to be able to the ability to learn quick in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to improve results and a strong sense of ownership.
• Have good working knowledge of Excel and able to easily summarise data and make recommendations.
• Experience in using web analytic tools.
• Experience in A/B testing.
• Knowledge of coding languages.

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance

We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
