About the role:
Motivated, articulate and analytical, you’ll handle Claimant Motor Personal Injury cases within our non-fault department. There are opportunities available in both our Newport and Cardiff offices, but presently the roles are remote and home working. In a post-pandemic landscape, we have committed to having a hybrid workforce, which means that you will spend time both working from home and within the office environment with your team.
Dealing with a wide range of people, you’ll advise your clients on the best course of action. You’ll effectively manage and progress your own caseload using our in-house case management system (and in line with our SLAs), keeping clients informed of progress every step of the way. It’s also very important that you’re comfortable working together with others are part of your team to progress our clients’ claims.
Your role will include speaking to the client on the phone or using our web application service. You will be expected to arrange medical examinations for our clients, value their injury claims appropriately (including gathering evidence of all their monetary losses). You will then be expected to negotiate the most advantageous outcome for our clients with the other driver’s insurance company.
You will have the opportunity to deal with complex files, building your technical knowledge and experiencing the extremely interesting world of Motor Personal Injury claims handling.
About you:
Experience in dealing with Personal Injury claims is not necessary, although it may be advantageous to your application. All necessary training to do the role will be given to you & us will ensure that there’s ongoing support.
You will have a strong work ethic and thrive on getting a good result for our clients. You will be thorough and methodical, enthusiastic, and organized whilst also being confident in managing and prioritizing your work.
