Junior UX Designer
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products. This role is perfect for someone passionate about user-centred design and looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

• Assist in conducting user research and gathering insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualise and communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to iterate on designs based on feedback and requirements.
• Conduct usability testing and analyse user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Experience with Figma.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.
• Passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and design trends. 

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design thinking methodologies and problem-solving skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing projects and designs that demonstrate your understanding of user-centred design principles.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and familiarity with responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Location 

This is a hybrid working role that supports a blend of in-office and remote working.

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance

We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
