About the job
Investor Relations Coordinator and Project Executive
We have an exciting opportunity to report into the Head of Investor Relations and work with a very wide range of stakeholders, from EAs to senior leaders and external partners, on initiatives that support how Admiral interacts and communicates with financial markets and external stakeholders.
This role would be suitable for individuals with excellent organisational skills, good attention to detail, who enjoy fast-paced environments and want to develop a good understanding of Investor Relations, Corporate Access, and Admiral.
You'll be working in a supportive team, with a fantastic culture and opportunities to learn, grow, and take on more responsibilities. This role can be Hybrid or fully remote (except for specific external or team events, mainly between London and Cardiff)
Main Responsibilities
- Assist/lead in planning, scheduling, and monitoring Investor Relations activities
- Coordinate between teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery
- Logistics lead for market interactions and IR events (including meetings, results’ presentations, AGM, investor days/visits etc.). This will require working closely with the head of Investor Relations, internal teams, and external partners (banks/corporate access teams).
- Responsible for project managing system providers, corporate brokers, Comms advisors, and internal leaders and teams as and when required, and for flagging material decisions, risks and issues to the head of Investor Relations as they emerge
- Responsible for scheduling and managing all preparatory internal meetings with Execs and senior management
- Audit, benchmark and make recommendations on the systems used internally for external use to ensure we stay in line with market’s best practices
- Support the production of IR outputs (e.g. presentations, Board papers, annual report etc.) with adequate training and assistance from the rest of the team
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent organisational and calendar-management skills with good attention to detail
- Proactive and curious mindset
- Experience in small-scale project management, or events planning, or corporate access, or Comms, or as an IR coordinator
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively, as well as comfortable working under time pressure at times
- Good interpersonal skills, ideally with management-facing experience
- Good English skills (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Experience of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, or the curiosity to learn
- External-facing experience e.g. buy side, sell side, internal and external comms, or investor relations would be beneficial but isn't essential
Please note - we may close this vacancy early if we receive lots of applications or business priorities change.
