"Admiral continues to invest in improving security and have an exciting portfolio of projects to deliver in 2022/23. We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to help our highly successful and motivated delivery team achieve ongoing success.
The role is critical to the delivery process and will work closely with the Project Manager to scope projects, gather and manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Working in a fast-moving environment, You will need to be highly motivated and energetic and be interface between business stakeholders and the delivery team.
Main Duties
Working in a highly collaborative environment as part of the Information Security Department, the Business Analyst will capture and manage requirements and track the delivery of the requirements through the stages of the delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document and manage requirements for the delivery of projects on the Security Delivery Roadmap.
- Stakeholder management.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and meetings.
- Model and document processes and procedures and define required changes.
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Liaise between the Security Delivery Team and Operational, IT and Business teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Work with testers to ensure requirements are delivered as agreed with the stakeholders.
- Working concurrently on multiple projects/changes and requirements.
- Capture change requirements and work with the development teams to deliver them.
- Provide auditable requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle, work with the relevant teams to supply evidence that requirements have been met.
Other duties include:
- Support toubleshooting on other projects.
- Mentoring and guiding junior Business Analysts working on this programme.
- Help others to check and improve quality of work.
- To be ready to anticipate and support the activities of other members of the team.
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications Required
Essential
- 5+ Years formal hands-on BA delivery experience in agile and/or waterfall environments.
Beneficial
- Recognised BA Qualifications (Practitioner – SFIA plus Level 4/5, IIBA CCBA).
- Experience of working in a cyber security, cloud or finance sector.
- A desire to work in Infosec with a career motivation to become a cyber security professional.

Salary, Benefits and Work-Life Balance
