The IAM Senior Change and Process Analyst is critical to the IAM delivery process and will work closely with IAM Product Leads to scope initiatives, elicit and manage requirements and define/refine operational processes, throughout the delivery lifecycle or as an identified are for improvement.
Working in a fast-moving environment, you will need to be highly motivated, energetic and be the interface between business stakeholders and the delivery team. The IAM Senior Change and Process Analyst will be required to work on the most complex and/or high-profile business change initiatives.
Working in a highly collaborative environment as part of the Identity and Access Management Department, the Senior Change and Process Analyst will elicit and manage requirements and track the delivery of the requirements through the stages of the delivery lifecycle, analyse and optimise business processes, and identify areas of improvement for maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, document and manage requirements for the delivery of initiatives on the IAM Delivery Roadmap.
- Stakeholder management.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and meetings.
- Model and document processes and procedures.
- Ensure requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Liaise across IAM and Operational, IT and Business teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Working concurrently on multiple initiatives/changes and requirements.
- Provide auditable requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle, work with the relevant teams to supply evidence that requirements have been met.
- Provide analysis, as required, covering all aspects e.g. SWOT, Operating Models, Solution/Vendor comparisons and Gartner summary., etc.
Other duties include:
- Troubleshooting on other initiatives.
- When needed, mentoring, guiding and handover to other Business Analysts working in the team.
- Help others to check and improve quality of work.
- To be ready to anticipate and support the activities of other members of the team.
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Work with solution designers/architects to ensure requirements are included within the design.
- Creation of communications and documentation to support analysis and process improvement work.
- Coach and mentor more junior members of the team.

Experience and Skills Required
Essential:
- 3+ Years formal hands-on change and/or process experience in an agile environment.
- Experience with an IGA Tool like Saviynt, SailPoint, or One Identity.
- Understanding of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), SoD (Segregation of Duties), provisioning/deprovisioning, and access certification.
- Ability to work with identity data, often using Excel, SQL, or reporting tools.
Desirable:
- Recognised BA Qualifications (Practitioner – SFIA plus Level 4/5, IIBA CCBA).
- A desire to work in Infosec with a career ambition to become a cyber security professional.
