Our People Operations team are looking for a Case Management Executive to join the team and provide a platinum case management service to the business, so that all colleagues receive high levels of customer service and a consistent quality experience that is legally compliant.

As a Case Management Executive, you will:

  • Receive, review, and manage employee cases such as long-term absence, grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues that fall within the case management function.
  • Ensure the timely, and effective resolution within functional KPIs.
  • Act as a link between employees and managers, ensuring employee concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure caseloads are handled in accordance with Company policies and procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation, ensure the HRIS data quality of the Case Management team.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers during the end-to-end management of the case.
  • Work with the business and the People Services Teams to ensure the customer journey provides a ‘platinum’ experience at every touchpoint.
  • Assure the delivery of day-to-day service level agreements and delivery of functional KPI's. 
  • Ensure that continuous improvement is embedded in all processes and that evolution of colleague experience alongside process efficiency continues

Develop and maintain productive stakeholder relationships, by doing the following:

  • Work with the Business Partnering teams and CoE in People services to understand and interpret HR needs for each department and help develop the case management service it provides to the business.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders. Acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Demonstrate credibility and competence to enhance stakeholder confidence of People Operations.
  • Use people data effectively to make informed business decisions and forecast longer term business needs and trends. Establish the root cause of cases and prepare lessons learnt so decision-making can be improved throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Have a company view of HR cases and provide regular updates and emerging trends to the People Operations and the wider People Services Leadership team.

Experience and Key skills we are looking for:

  • Human Resources - CIPD Level 5 or above.
  • Proven experience in employee relations and case management.
  • Working knowledge of Employment Law and of current HR best practice, trends, and changes.
  • Proven ability to develop and effectively manage relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases at once.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrates Admiral’s values, treating colleagues equally and fairly with kindness and respect.
  • Proactive and emotionally resilient.
  • Remain tactful and diplomatic whilst asking effective questions to establish information and fact.
  • Confidently make decisions and objectively justify them.
  • Confident in working independently but skilled at collaboration do deliver results.
